Why We Are No Longer on ClassPass

Dear Valued Clients,

I want to take a moment to address an important update regarding our relationship with ClassPass and how recent events have impacted our ability to provide seamless services.

As you may know, we previously partnered with ClassPass to make it easier for you to access our offerings. Unfortunately, our integration with their platform through Mind and Body has been fraught with technical issues from the very beginning. Despite my best efforts to resolve these challenges within the first 30 days, the integration did not work as promised.

I have been in constant communication with Mind and Body to address the problem, but they have refused to cancel my service, even though the system is non-functional. To date, over $600 has been taken from my account without resolution. This not only compromises our business but also undermines the trust and reliability we strive to offer you.

Due to this unresolved situation, we have been unable to accept any new clients through ClassPass, and it has become clear that continuing under these conditions is not sustainable. Effective immediately, we will no longer be listed on the ClassPass platform.

This decision was not made lightly. My priority has always been to provide you with exceptional care and a smooth booking experience, but this partnership no longer aligns with those goals. I deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and am actively exploring alternative ways to ensure a seamless and reliable booking experience for all of you.

In the meantime, I encourage you to book your services directly through us. We remain committed to offering the high-quality care and personalized attention you’ve come to expect.
